Job PositionDescription:
This position is responsible for cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, lobby/entrance, floors, break room and restrooms. Position is Mon/Wed/Fri, 3.5 hours starting at 5:30 up to 9:00, position is $15 per hour and consists of sweeping/dust mopping, wet mopping, vacuuming, pulling trash/recycle, high dusting and wiping down specific surfaces using a sanitizing spray.
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, report when order needed.
Use proper PPE where required
1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
Must be a self-starter with a pleasant attitude and adhere to company policies including being in uniform, dependable and on time
Must have own reliable transportation, this is not on the bus line, cannot use a ride to premises.
Must be able to communicate in English
Physical Demands andQualifications:
Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
