Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients under the direction of a physician or mid‑level provider, and provide a variety of related services to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
  • Collect patient health data, analyze data to determine diagnoses and identify expected outcomes individualized to the patient.
  • Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain the expected outcomes.
  • Implement the interventions identified in the plan of care and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Perform professional nursing work of considerable difficulty, including the care of patients as outlined by physicians and the organization’s objectives and policies.
  • Provide patient and family health education and health assessment.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Knowledge of triage procedures with experience in clinic, physician office and/or urgent care settings.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids.
  • Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and families about disease, care and treatment.
  • Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Poise, tact and diplomacy required.
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
Pay Range

USD $32.21 - $47.60 per hour.
