Dining Room Server

As a part-time Server at Wedgewood Golf & Country Club, you’ll help deliver polished, welcoming service that keeps members and guests coming back. This entry-level role is a great way to launch your career in hospitality while building real-world customer service and teamwork skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive table service and support a smooth, paced dining experience
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure accurate, timely orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area
• Handle guest questions with professionalism and a problem-solver mindset

Required qualifications/skills:

• Previous serving experience preferred, not required
• Friendly, customer-focused communication
• Reliability for nights and weekends (Tuesday–Sunday, 5–9pm)

Pay: $5.50 + tips.

You’ll clock in for an evening shift, get a quick rundown on reservations and special events, and connect with teammates to stay in sync. As service gets rolling, you’ll stay present on the floor—balancing pace, timing, and guest expectations while keeping communication flowing behind the scenes. Between tables, you’ll reset your station, check details that matter to the guest experience, and stay ready for the weekend rush.

You’ll wrap up by closing out your section and setting the dining room up for the next service.
