- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Provide excellent customer experiences to clients.
- Respond to all client inquiries and sales requests in a timely manner.
- Solicit for new business via telephone, internet leads, and networking.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Proven success in sales or client service roles
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated to deliver an exceptional client experience every time
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and follow-up effectively.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Goal-driven with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Proficient in using software and computer systems.
