Park County School District #1 is seeking a Special Education Para educator for Southside Elementary School. The role provides essential instructional assistance and support for students with special needs, ensuring their educational and daily care as directed by the supervising teacher and principal.
The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of college or an Associate's Degree preferred. Responsibilities include following educational plans, monitoring students' progress, and working cooperatively with staff and parents.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.65 for those not holding a B.A. in education and $19.65 for those that do. Employment terms include 35 hours per week with benefits and a starting date of August 20, 2026.
