Web Based Video Interviewing Capabilities Required - Candidates who are selected for screening interviews must have the ability to access and utilize a web-based video interviewing product. Candidates will need to provide and have access to a computer, laptop or an acceptable mobile device such as a tablet computer with good internet access, audio listening capabilities, microphone, and a web camera.
Candidates must have the ability to accept a user agreement and software download of a web-based video interviewing product which we will provide.

Job Summary
This job provides counseling services and coordinates the activities for one of several specialized disability or personal counseling programs that support student academic success, which include, learning strategies, disability advocacy, or personal and career counseling and/or development programs.
Provides student counseling, advising, consulting, advocacy, and other support services, to individual or groups of students in area of speciality.
Implements program goals, objectives, activities, and strategic initiatives, and assesses consequences and outcomes of program initiatives.
Coordinates the day to day operations of an assigned program which includes ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external requirements.
Serves as a liaison for program activities and services;
Works with faculty and staff to provide support and services for students; and coordinates program activities with other internal departments and external agencies.
Compiles, prepares and reviews data and related reports and correspondence.
Coordinates and presents workshops and/or related informational sessions on topics in assigned area of responsibility.
Positions assigned to Counselor/Counseling may be responsible for:
Provide one-on-one student advising, consulting, and/or counseling services to include but not limited to the following: support resolution of personal issues in dealing with everyday issues as well as significant life struggles, identify constructive ways to deal with complex life situations, gaining understanding, knowledge and perspective on various life circumstances, support development of decision making skills, reinforcement of student self-direction, problem-solving, and provide learning strategies for success to diverse student populations.
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Required Training and Experience
Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field is required.

Valid Wyoming Licensed Professional Counselor
