• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, electrical equipment, web handling systems, pumps, etc.
• Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
• Determine parts, tools, and supplies required for jobs.
• Support management by providing scrutiny of maintenance spending and maintaining proper inventory.
• Ensure all machine tool equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

• Two‑year technical degree or higher in a mechanical discipline from an accredited institution.
• OR be in the last six months of completing a two‑year associate’s degree in a technical discipline such as Electro‑Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation Controls/SCADA, Robotics, Machining, Automotive, Diesel Mechanics, or Wind Energy Technology, and have one year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Interested and available to work 12‑hour shifts, days or nights, depending on availability.
• Qualified applicants must take and pass 3M election testing as part of the selection process.
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include three years of industrial maintenance experience and the ability to perform basic machining, fabrication, welding, pipe fitting, and millwright tasks.
