As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and their babies. Your expertise in labor and delivery, post-partum, and mother-baby care will be essential in providing high-quality care in this critical access hospital setting.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support families throughout the childbirth process
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
