Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse for Inpatient Services (Days) on a full-time schedule (72 hours per pay period, 3a–3:30p).
You will provide direct nursing care across the patient lifespan, administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate care. Requires an RN license and BLS/ACLS credentials;
Associate degree required, BSN preferred.
