Wage
:
Starting $17.50 per hour.

Additional premium: 12‑hr shift +$1.50, PM shift +$1.50, Trainer +$1.00.

Hourly Pay Rate
: $17.50–$21.00

• Full‑Time Regular

• Loads or unloads trailers by hand
• Fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order
• Stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items
• Packs customer orders for shipment
• Selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping
• Assigns and reassigns pick locations based on information from reports and maintains an accurate listing of all locations
• Sorts merchandise as appropriate
• Processes, tickets, or sorts merchandise for retail locations
• Performs returns processing for customer orders
• Cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty

Outfitter will perform various duties based upon DC needs, cross‑trained in other departments as needed, and may be asked to carry out special projects as requested. Maintains work area by cleaning as needed.

• Must pay close attention to detail and work well with numbers.
• Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift, use a step ladder, and consistently lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and perform other duties as assigned.
