Roofing Field Supervisor

Join Bumble Roofing as a Roofing Field Supervisor and play a key role in overseeing residential roofing projects from start to finish throughout the Kansas City Metro area

This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys being on job sites, solving problems, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with our crews, office staff, and homeowners to keep projects running smoothly while maintaining Bumble Roofing's high standards.

• Oversee roofing installations on-site.
• Monitor crews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate and confirm material deliveries.
• Order materials as needed and verify accuracy.
• Take detailed progress photos throughout every stage of the project.
• Document any issues, delays, or change orders.
• Communicate project updates with the office and homeowners.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and address issues before they become problems.
• Perform final walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Represent Bumble Roofing professionally with homeowners.
• Generate new roofing opportunities when possible and earn additional sales commissions.

• Experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify installation quality issues.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting multiple job sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
