Gymnastics Instructor Pre-K & Grade School Instructor Part-Time

At The Little Gym, we help children ages 3–12 build confidence through movement, skill-building, and imaginative play. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging instructor to lead our independent classes for Pre‑K and Grade School students.

• 2–4 days per week
• Typical hours: 3:00–7:00 PM
• This is not a seasonal or summer‑only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long‑term part of our amazing community.

• Lead structured, high‑energy classes for children ages 3–12
• Follow The Little Gym curriculum to teach skills, build confidence, and create a fun class experience (we’ll train you!)
• Manage a group of children independently while keeping them engaged, safe, and progressing
• Adapt on the fly—every class is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
• Build relationships with families through strong pre‑ and post‑class communication
• Support daily operations, including class prep, transitions, and keeping the gym organized

This is where kids really start to grow their independence—and you get to lead that journey.

You’ll be the coach, the cheerleader, and the role model helping kids try new things, build confidence, and celebrate their wins (big and small).

• Love working with kids and bring energy, structure, and positivity
• Are confident leading a group and keeping multiple kids engaged at once
• Can balance fun and structure—we play hard, but we teach with purpose
• Think on your feet and adapt when things don’t go exactly as planned
• Are reliable, coachable, and a strong team player
