Job Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – An entry‑level role focused on building client relationships, obtaining necessary securities licenses, and delivering comprehensive financial advice within Bank of America’s client‑centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- Complete mandatory training and earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
66 licenses within required time frames. - Register with the SAFE Act and maintain required background checks.
- Develop and manage client portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions and guidance.
- Deliver confidence‑building client reviews and presentations.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
- Build a professional network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients.
- Apply consultative techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain industry licenses.
- Self‑discipline in time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with focus on client interest in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, and portfolio management.
- Business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading knowledge.
The role offers world‑class training, one‑on‑one coaching, and a path to progression through stage II and beyond. The position is in‑office with a flexible schedule that includes weekdays and rotating Saturdays, and requires a 1st‑shift schedule (United States of America).
