Position: Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Greater KC Market

Job Overview

Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – An entry‑level role focused on building client relationships, obtaining necessary securities licenses, and delivering comprehensive financial advice within Bank of America’s client‑centered approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete mandatory training and earn Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
    66 licenses within required time frames.
  • Register with the SAFE Act and maintain required background checks.
  • Develop and manage client portfolios, providing tailored financial solutions and guidance.
  • Deliver confidence‑building client reviews and presentations.
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
  • Build a professional network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher‑net‑worth clients.
  • Apply consultative techniques to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain industry licenses.
  • Self‑discipline in time and capacity management.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Results‑driven mindset with focus on client interest in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
  • Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
  • Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, referral management, and portfolio management.
  • Business acumen, executive presence, oral communication, risk management, and trading knowledge.
