This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position may involve residential mortgage loan originations and requires compliance with the SAFE Act.
Responsibilities- Build a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66).
- Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Minimum of one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals, building strong relationships, collaborating effectively, communicating confidently, managing priorities, learning, and incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Strong computer skills with ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment with goal‑achievement record.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Location:
Position open for the entire market; specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. Training will be at one financial center; the role may begin in a phone‑based capacity until a suitable location is determined.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) – 40 hours per week.
