Here's the honest truth: this job starts before the sun does. Your alarm goes off in the 4s, you unlock the doors, and you're the first face our 5am crew sees. Nobody is standing there watching you do it — that's the whole point.
We need someone dead reliable who is genuinely glad to see people at an hour when most of us aren't — unlock, run the checklist, get the room ready, greet every single person, and hand the gym over to the day in better shape than you found it. You'll work closely with our General Manager, and yes, some Saturday mornings come with it.
It's 10 to 15 hours a week, all of it done before most people have started their day.
What You'll Own
The work01
Open the building- Get here early, unlock the doors, and work the opening checklist top to bottom.
- Have the room ready before the first member or coach walks in — no scrambling at 5:01.
- Greet every member and guest like you mean it. Even at 5am — especially at 5am.
- Answer what comes up: class schedule, memberships, what's on the retail shelf.
- Make sure every member is checked into their class or session in Push Press.
- Catch the ones who breeze past the desk and get them checked in anyway.
- Front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized before the rest of the team arrives.
- Anything broken, any member concern, anything a coach needs — Slack the GM right away.

Experience helps
High school diploma or equivalent. Front desk, hospitality, or gym experience is a plus, not a requirement.
