Partner-Level Litigator – Kansas City or St. Louis (No Book Required)

Prime Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected boutique litigation firm with offices in both Kansas City and St. Louis.

Our client is seeking a Partner or Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to step into a leadership role, handle meaningful work, and contribute to firm-wide strategy—
without the pressure of bringing a portable book
.

• Lead and manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle complex case strategy, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm culture and growth
• Work directly with clients across insurance defense, employment, and commercial litigation matters

• 8–15+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense, employment defense, or commercial litigation preferred)
• Admitted to practice in Missouri (Illinois or Kansas admission is a plus)
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases and contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Excited about firm leadership and long-term career growth
