Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paralegal located in Prairie Village, KS. The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and assisting with trial preparation. Additional duties may include maintaining client communication and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications- Experience in legal research, document drafting, and case file management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines and handling case-related tasks
- Proficiency in legal software, case management systems, and general technology tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to support trial preparation and interact professionally with clients
- Knowledge of state and federal court procedures and legal compliance
- Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
