Litigation Attorney (Products Liability) – Kansas City / Prairie Village, 66208

You should have recent experience in some of the following- Case management

- Developing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in court proceedings
Trial and appellate experience
- Products liability
- Toxic Torts / Asbestos
- Environmental, Healthcare litigation
- General Torts
- Recent insurance defense or products liability experience
- Must be licensed in KS, MO, or IL.
