Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | RN
The Village at Mission Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support and manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will provide 24‑hour supervision of Nursing Services and direct the department to maintain quality standards of care in line with federal, state, and company regulations.
In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume responsibility for clinical operations.

- Currently licensed as an RN in the state where you are practicing
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school (preferred)
- Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (preferred)
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role (preferred)
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
