What Will You Do in This Role?As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will ensure delivery of efficient, effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

- Prior experience as an RN in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
