The focus is on lead development, coordination, onboarding support, and regional intelligence with the overall objective of increasing, identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify DSO, group practice and large clinic opportunities in your assigned region
Maintain structured lead tracking and follow-up across ongoing projects
Support onboarding of new DSO customers once commercial interest has been validated
Coordinate with local dealers, agents and internal teams to gather required information and materials
Prepare and adapt proposals, presentations and documentation using existing templates
Collect regional market intelligence (DSO structures, implant brands in use, pricing dynamics, procurement models)
Support ongoing DSO projects by managing communication, documentation and next steps
Ensure data accuracy and regular reporting across shared tools (Excel / CRM-style trackers)
Key requirements:
Experience in the dental implant sector with prior exposure to the DSO environment
Strong organisational and follow-up skills; comfortable handling multiple parallel projects
Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (local dealers, DSO HQ, internal teams)
Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-evolving structure
Fluent English
