Project Coordination Specialist
As a PROJECT COORDINATION SPECIALIST, GS-0301-11, you will analyze, coordinate and/or perform a variety of special projects/program assignments and studies which lead to resolution of management problems and improvement of operations. Independently develop a plan of action, recommends solutions. Coordinate with State ARNG/ ANG Command staff, Directorates or Group Commanders and, NGB Functional Managers to obtain and exchange information and develop recommendations for management decisions.
Monitor and analyze program/project progress, recommending changes based on findings as needed. Develop all reports, briefings, and status of assigned projects/programs. Perform a wide variety of support duties to facilitate the work of the office. Arrange scheduling of appointments, meetings, briefings, and other commitments that have a directly effecting on future decisions and program direction. Other duties as assigned. Telework: ELIGIBLE FOR SITUATIONAL TELEWORK ONLY, INCLUDING EMERGENCY AND PRESCRIBED "UNSCHEDULED TELEWORK"
Work Schedule:
This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule that consists of a 5 day workweek, then a 4 day workweek ( 8 nine-hour days and 1 eight-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80 hour pay period. Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements.
