SW KC Mkt Patient Access Representative

The University of Kansas Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Greets customers in prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.;
Verifies patient information and assures that patient completes and signs appropriate paperwork.;
Obtains copies of insurance cards, driver licenses, and enters/updates patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR.;
Maintains appointment scheduling; schedules, coordinates, and adjusts patient appointments.;
Collects patient co-pay and outstanding account balances; serves as liaison between patient and medical staff.
