Maintenance Director

Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is looking to hire a full-time Plant Ops/Maintenance Director to manage all of the maintenance duties for our health care company.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the physical plant.
• Perform preventive and restorative maintenance duties.
• Ensure the facility remains in good repair, safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Follow all federal, state, county, and city codes and regulations.

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare-related maintenance and plant operations.
• At least one year of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting teamwork, managing change, providing feedback, delegating, and resolving conflicts.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and live within 20 minutes of the community.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Suite, and basic computer skills.
• Experience as a Maintenance Director in a healthcare facility, using an electronic work order system.
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing duties, paint, change lights, and troubleshoot issues.
