12 MONTH FULL TIME POSITION
Responsible for the direct leadership, supervision, coordination and management of a residence life program of approximately 356 students, including six facilities and supervision of professional and student staff. The role requires direct leadership and management of residence and student life programs, and the supervisor is required to live on campus. The position demands sound communication, organization, and supervisory skills; a positive student-centered approach;
and the ability to work in a team environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required (experience may substitute for education). Experience in related management, supervisory, and/or student service areas is preferred.
