Call:
Required – beeper call from home; 1:6 on call with day off after call

Supervision model:
Autonomous

Staffing grid:
Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs with 4 on-site daily

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, service-driven CRNA to join a CRNA-only team at a well-supported facility that offers full scope of practice and clinical autonomy. With a base compensation of $350,000 (1099) and 10 weeks off per year, this is a rare opportunity for those looking to maximize income, maintain work-life balance, and grow professionally in an independent model. Requirements
  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas (currently or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA with proficiency in General, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, endoscopy, orthopedic, and podiatry cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
