Job Summary

We are seeking a service‑mindful CRNA to join our CRNA‑only practice at a supportive facility offering full autonomy, a well‑rounded case mix, and a true work‑life balance. This unique 26‑week‑per‑year position is ideal for providers looking to maximize time off while maintaining strong income and clinical growth. Located in south‑central Kansas, Pratt offers a family‑friendly community with an affordable cost of living and deep Western roots.

Just 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over an hour from Dodge City, it strikes the perfect balance between rural tranquility and access to city amenities. The town features a local movie theater, grocery stores, coffee shops, hometown boutiques, new pickle‑ball courts, a family‑owned fitness center, and a brand‑new public water park opened in 2023—perfect for relaxing summers.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas (currently or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, endo, ENT, ophthalmology, general, and OB/GYN cases.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
