Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and help maintain guest satisfaction with inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records by calculating, posting, and verifying financial data.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports.
- Verify daily deposits and generate reports detailing discrepancies or variances in deposits.
- Open and reconcile deposits, prepare consolidated deposits for banking purposes, and accurately post these transactions to the general ledger.
Non-exempt, staff-level position; pay range $19+/hour depending on experience.
