- Predictable
Schedule:
Work stable hours with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)—enjoy your evenings and weekends off! - Competitive Compensatio

- Coach & Mentor: Supervise and assist adult trainees during daily vocational and hands‑on work programs.

- Collaborative Safety: Partner closely with the Vocational Director to maintain a clean, organized, secure, and positive Christian work environment.
- Age &
Education:
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED. - Credentials
:
Must hold a valid Driver's License. - Experience
: 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred (educational coursework or specialized training can also be considered). - Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and clean drug test.
