 Long-Lewis of Prattville is looking for a Pick-Up & Delivery Coordinator /
 Service Cashier to join our team! In this position, you'll be an essential part
 of our Service Department, providing outstanding customer service while
 coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery appointments, processing payments,
 scheduling service visits, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Pick-Up & Delivery Coordinator / Service Cashier serves as a key point of
 contact for our service customers. This role is responsible for coordinating
 daily vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics, communicating with customers
 throughout the service process, processing repair payments, maintaining accurate
 records, and working closely with service advisors, drivers, and management to
 ensure every customer has a seamless service experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Coordinate daily schedules for multiple pick-up and delivery drivers.

* Schedule service appointments and confirm appointment details with customers.

* Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email regarding appointments,
    vehicle status, and scheduling updates.

* Utilize dealership scheduling software to manage appointments and logistics.

* Respond promptly to scheduling changes, delays, and customer inquiries.

* Process payments for completed service work, including cash, credit card, and
    check transactions.

* Generate invoices and accurately document charges for completed services.

* Maintain customer records and update dealership software systems as needed.

* Assist with administrative duties, including filing paperwork and maintaining
    an organized work area.

* Collaborate with service advisors, drivers, and management to ensure an
    exceptional customer experience.

* Uphold company policies regarding cash handling, customer privacy, and
    dealership procedures.

* Provide friendly, professional customer service while addressing customer
    questions and concerns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Previous customer service experience required; cash handling experience
    preferred.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software.

* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as
    needed.
