Dispatcher, Customer Service Representative

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, online forms, and inquiries from third-party apps promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the dispatch of electricians efficiently.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service schedules, and other essential data.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize service routes and schedules.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in dispatching roles, minimum 2 years
• Must have experience in scheduling and dispatching with Service Titan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the electrical services or home services industry is an advantage
