As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities include providing support to customers via calls, emails andlive chats
Responsibilities:- Manageincoming/outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chats
- Logconversations and interactions through our support solution
- Handlecustomer complaints and questions while providing solutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Gov Ease products and technologies
- Bachelor’sDegree
- Communication and presentation skills
- Patience and ability to respond effectively to different customer situations
- Familiar with ticketing systems, software, and practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Teams
