Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Trainers with 4–6 years of experience delivering training for Health and Human Services (HHS) programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training, creating training materials, and supporting end-user adoption for large-scale HHS system implementations.

Duration: 6-8 months to 1 year

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Trainer supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) programs.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business users.
• Proven experience creating training materials, including user guides, participant manuals, job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning content.
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and tailoring training content for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs, project teams, and change management stakeholders.

• Prior experience delivering training for an Integrated Eligibility (IE) system implementation in any U.S. state is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting eligibility programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, Child Care, or other public assistance programs.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula and course materials.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for end users and program staff.
• Coordinate and support training logistics, including scheduling, classroom setup, and learner communications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on participant feedback and system enhancements.
• Provide post-training support during pilot and production rollout activities.
