You will be the assigned Manager on Duty during the General Manager's absence.

Compensation: $17 per hour

  • Experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of resolving guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for relationship building.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Ability to monitor and manage front office budgets, optimizing resources to achieve financial goals without compromising service quality.
