As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of the hotel property.

• Perform repairs, maintenance, alterations, and/or installations.
• Respond to guest service requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify defects and malfunctions in the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to all insurance, local, county, state, and federal government codes, laws, and requirements related to maintenance activities. Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following established safety protocols and guidelines.

High School or better.

Relevant experience in building maintenance and repair is preferred.

Valid state maintenance or HVAC technician license is a plus.
