This full‑time on‑site role is based in Prattville, AL. The Lead Printing Technician will oversee and actively participate in printing production processes, ensuring high‑quality results and efficient operation of printing equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting printing issues, maintaining and supporting printers, collaborating with the team to meet production deadlines, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, leadership, and technical expertise in printing processes.

• Proficiency in Print Production and Printing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met
• Experience in Printer Support and Troubleshooting to maintain seamless printing operations
• Familiarity with Bindery practices and processes
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide team members effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in printing or related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site production environment
