Mac Lean Power Systems in Alabama is seeking an Assembly Group Lead for the day shift at our onsite Bessemer facility. You will supervise 4–5 hourly workers, coordinate with the Master Scheduler and warehouse, and ensure production plans meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
This hands-on leadership role requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in assembly production, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP experience, and a lead-by-example approach.
