Old World Industries, Prattville, Alabama, is seeking a Production Leader to coordinate daily activities on assigned production lines. This hands‑on, hourly role reports to the Production Supervisor and guides the line workforce to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
You will set up and operate equipment, monitor performance, coordinate line start‑ups and changeovers, and coach staff on standard work and procedures. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
