Director of Nursing, Nursing Home, RN Nurse
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works hand in handwith the Director of Nursing to maintain the efficiency andcohesion of the nursing team and to raise the quality of service and level ofcare provided to the residents. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, the ADON is responsible for overseeing the entire team and maintaining the quality of care as well as exceptional customer service.
All in accordance of therules and regulations set forthat the local, state or federal level.
The ADON is responsible for but not limited to: infection control, staff development, and the restorative program.
The Ideal candidate is a highly motivated team player, who’s able to multitask, works well in stressful situations and has a positive outlook.
We would also like someone with an active RN license as well as previous ADON or UM experience.
