4- or 12-hour shifts for RN and LPN positions. Days: 6am‑6:30pm (Full-time, with every 3rd weekend). Evenings: 6pm‑10pm (Part-time). Nights: 6pm‑6:30am (Part-time).

We are seeking a dedicated RN (Registered Nurse) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and communicate effectively with team members, families, physicians, and allied health professionals.

• Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
• Make daily rounds to each resident to ascertain condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies in performing nursing care, assuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control guidelines.
• Initiate procedures to protect residents from injury and infection.
• Assess and evaluate changes in resident condition and institute appropriate interventions.
• Communicate with Physician as indicated by resident needs or status and assure follow-through; maintain hand-off communications with oncoming shift regarding resident care needs.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure staff complete tasks and cares as assigned.
• Speak, read, and write English in an understandable manner.
• Apply principles of basic general math.

• Graduated from an accredited school and currently licensed in the state of work without encumbrance.
• Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements.
• Preferably 1-2 years of previous nursing experience in Long-Term Care or a Skilled Nursing Facility, but not required.
• Current CPR certification.
