Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to manage Nursing Services for residents in accordance with physicians' orders and regulatory standards. The DON will provide 24-hour supervision and lead the Nursing Department to maintain high care standards.
In collaboration with the Administrator, the DON oversees the nursing process—assessment to evaluation—under Nurse Practice Act guidelines, with RN licensure and nursing leadership experience required.
