Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) seeks National Nurse Compliance Surveyors for home health or hospice to conduct accreditation surveys nationwide. The role is travel-based, per-diem, with an orientation in mid-September.
Qualified candidates will have a strong CMS CoP knowledge and RN license. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field, at least five years in a compliance/regulatory role, and leadership experience.
