The Harbor at Hickory Hill is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 1st shift (6am-2pm) in a long-term care setting. You will direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure care plans are followed and properly documented.
Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, coordinating care with staff, maintaining narcotic records, and communicating changes to the Nursing Supervisor to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
