Quality / Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Pay: $27/hr and up (based on experience)
Summary:
We are seeking a Quality/Continuous Improvement Coordinator to help improve processes, quality, and efficiency. This role leads Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts, supports ISO 9001 compliance, and drives data-based improvements across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, safety, and efficiency
- Support and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system compliance
- Analyze data, KPIs, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
- Create and support audits, process controls, and employee training tools
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred
- Lean manufacturing training or experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
