Sales Associate

Join European Wax Center as a Sales Associate and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience! You will be the face of our center, helping guests feel comfortable and providing them with the best service possible.

• Welcoming guests with a positive attitude as they enter the center
• Assisting customers with service and product selections
• Managing appointment bookings and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
• Educating guests about services, promotions, and retail products
• Ensuring a clean and organized reception area
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and cohesive workplace
