At Caring Transitions of North Madison & Sun Prairie , we help seniors and their families through life’s transitions by providing downsizing, relocation, estate sales, online auctions, and home clean-out services. Every project is different, and every day offers an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.

• Anyone who enjoys organizing, helping others, and working with the senior community

No two days are the same! Depending on the project, you may assist with:

• Organize, sort, and prepare items for online auctions
• Photograph items using our easy-to-use CTBids mobile app
• Research and write descriptions for antiques, collectibles, and unique items
• Assist with estate sale setup, customer support, and cleanup
• Help ensure organized and efficient buyer pickup days

• Carefully pack, label, and organize household belongings
• Help prepare homes for moving
• Treat clients’ belongings with care, dignity, and respect

• Sort items for donation, sale, recycling, or disposal
• Help organize donations and remove unwanted items
• Leave homes clean, organized, and ready for their next chapter

• Compassionate, dependable, and enjoys helping others
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile apps
• Able to lift approximately 30 pounds and remain active throughout the day
• Flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team

Experience in senior transitions, estate sales, antiques, or resale is a plus—but it’s not required. We’re looking for dependable people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Starting pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Flexible part-time scheduling
• Typical daytime shifts (approximately 10:00 AM–3:00 PM )
• Some weekend availability required
