Roofing Sales

A roofing sales rep at our team spends their time meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and helping customers get their roof repaired or replaced. Most days involve knocking doors, setting inspections, getting on roofs, and walking homeowners through the process. If you're willing to work, there's a lot of opportunity.

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Producing in the middle of the band — about $115K annualized
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $150K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
