I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in an agency, and insurance has always been a part of my life since my father was also an agent. That background helped shape the competitive, team‑oriented culture we’ve built today.

I played football at University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), and that competitive mindset still carries into how we operate as a team. We work hard, stay driven, and push each other to be our best while still making sure we enjoy the process and have fun together.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
