Dedicated Personnel is hiring a Sales Representative in Hoover to help us grow our client base and drive new business.

What You’ll Do- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Spend 4 days per week in the field meeting with local businesses and building relationships
- Create and manage your own sales routes and territory
- Generate leads through calls, in-person visits, and networking
- Present and sell customized staffing solutions
- Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients
- Grow and manage your own book of business
- Sales experience preferred—especially in business-to-business or service-based sales
- A strong mindset with a drive to win new business
- Confidence in making calls, setting meetings, and closing deals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Entry-level candidates with strong drive and ambition will be considered
- Base salary + uncapped commission (your effort = your paycheck)
