KETTLER is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Fields of Alexandria in Alexandria, VA. You will handle resident service requests, perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and prepare units for market-ready turnover.
You will participate in preventive maintenance, fix building exteriors and grounds, and provide excellent customer service, including after-hours on-call coverage. Must have reliable transport and valid license.
